Lake Como is always amazing, even when the weather is not one of the best.
But when the sun comes out… Well, it simply steals your heart!
Manuela and Alessandro are a lovely couple living close to Menaggio, near the Swiss borders. We have been in contact for more than a year for their wedding, and it was a total full-immersion for me!They welcomed me into their houses and their hearts the night before the wedding, giving me great emotions and a sense of home.
Even though we didn’t know before, I was not only a photographer to them but a friend. It’s a feeling I’ve felt often with my couples, but it was extremely pure and sincere in this case.
Here are the photos of their wedding… Enjoy 🙂

I reached Lake Como for Manuela and Alessandro’s wedding the night of July 22nd, as Menaggio is about four hours far from my home.
I had dinner with the future spouses and his family, and it was lovely for me to see “the night before” the wedding, the excitement of the parents, the latest things to be done…
The morning after I was at Alessandro’s parents’ house, this time for his getting ready. The weather was not the best, but the view of the lake from their terrace was awesome!
Then I went to Carlazzo, where Manuela’s family lives and where the wedding took place. After having put on her beautiful wedding dress – and her tiffany-green heels! – she was ready for the big moment.
The main color theme of the wedding was tiffany green, and the spouses chose a lot of details in this color.
The Catholic ceremony was celebrated in the Church of Carlazzo, and it was a very intimate and happy wedding.
After the ceremony, we reached Tremezzo by car, then moved by boat to Bellagio.
Waiting for the guests we had some photos on the terrace next to the Lido di Bellagio Beach Club where the reception took place.
The Lido di Bellagio is awesome, and it was a shame it was raining. Luckily, the newlyweds’ dream came true and the sun came out just after the lunch.
We took advantage of the sun to have a couple photo session in the amazing gardens of Villa Melzi, close to the Lido – a breath-taking place!
Once we came back to the Lido it was up time for the first dance, the cutting of the cake and tossing of the bouquet.
All the guest received a bracelet for the privé of the club, that later got full of young people to have some Saturday night party.
What’s left to say – a dreamy wedding! 🙂
