Engagement Session in Lake Como / A Winter Wonderland

Lake Como in the summer months shows its shiny shores, pastel colors and romantic light. It is no less beautiful in the winter months though, and this shooting shows it!

Ashley and Joe will get married in Lake Como in a few months and went to its beautiful shores to experience its beauty and get ready for the big day.

While they were here, we shot this beautiful wintery engagement session – I loved that!

Ashley and Joe are a beautiful couple from Miami, and they will get married in Lake Como in September.

While they were location-scouting and wedding-planning here in Italy we took half a day off and impressed the memories of their love story in pictures.

It had snowed a couple of days earlier, and the atmosphere was simply stunning.

We met at the Hilton Hotel in Como, where the couple was staying, and we started our shooting in the beautiful gardens of Villa Olmo, a few steps away.

Then we took my car and drove to the amazing town of Cernobbio: the atmosphere was fantastic, no one was around, and the calm and beauty of the lake was just breath-taking.

A beautiful thank you goes to The Lake Como Wedding Planner – they made sure every detail of our shooting was perfect, and they are planning their wedding to be absolutely flawless. I can’t wait!
